If you are still asking what a pupusa is:

pupusa is a traditional Salvadoran
handmade corn tortilla that is thick and stuffed with delicious fillings such as cheese, beans, pork, chicken, or a combination of ingredients. It is cooked on a hot griddle until golden and is typically served with curtido (a tangy cabbage slaw) and salsa.

A freshly squeezed lemonade with real fruit is made by squeezing fresh lemons and blending them with water, ice, and natural fruit such as strawberries, mangoes, pineapple, watermelon, or other fresh fruits.
