Hi everyone! Thank you for your patience as I was out of town. I’m back and ready to take some orders! I’ll be making Latiya trays and Chicken Kelaguen/Red Rice plates. Just in time for the holidays!! I also do 13x9 party sized trays for any item as well. Prices are in the photos below:

First order will be on Saturday, December 21st.

Second order will be on Tuesday, December 24th.

Please place orders 24hrs before desired date by commenting below or sending a PM. I accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Navy Federal Transfers and cash at your convenience.

Free delivery to Serra Mesa Area. Pick up times will also be arranged.

*Holiday special- $2 off if you place 2 or more orders or either Latiya or Chicken Kelaguen/Red Rice for same day delivery/pick-up. Offer good for first 6 customers!!!

Hafa Adai! I have FREE samples of Chicken Kelaguen & Red Rice! (I call them sample shooters)

What’s Chicken Kelaguen? It’s bbq-ed chicken, chopped up by hand, seasoned with lemon and freshly grated coconut. It’s usually served as a cold appetizer but it pairs wonderfully with red rice.

Hafa Adai! Taking orders for Latiya (pronounced la-tea-dza), a traditional Guam dessert.

What is Latiya? It is a sweet vanilla-cinnamon flavored custard on top of a decadent cake, served cold (allergy information: contains eggs & milk).

Only $9 for a 8x6 container! Please see photos below for visual representation. Able to take cash, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or Navy Federal payments at your convenience. I also do party size trays!
