Had the amazing opportunity to visit the beautiful in San Diego. I got to try this beautifully delicious cocktail by - this is The Almost Heated Mezcal-ita
2 oz infused with Cylantro (24hrs, no direct sun, not refrigerated)
1 oz fresh lime juice5 oz jalapeño and celery Syrup
Shake all togueter and pour over ice, garnish celery peel and cilantro bush.
(In one quart of simple syrup, blend 5 celery sticks and 3 jalapeños, fine strain)
