Figured I’d post an update. I’ve run into a few snags that have delayed my opening for business. One, my vehicle has had some issues, and has been down, but should be back on the road soon, depending on the weather. And I also need to find access to a commercial kitchen to be able to clean my pans, since the heath department prohibits you doing that at home. Hopefully I’ll have that squared away soon and will be able to go out before the weather gets too cold. Stay tuned.
