From Reseda to Wembley Stadium.

Excalibur left Detroit with $2,500 and a Dodge K car to chase lucha libre. He lived in his friend’s mom’s garage and co-founded Pro Wrestling Guerrilla with his friends. Now he’s the play-by-play voice of AEW, and he recently called a show at Wembley with close to 50,000 people watching.

He sits down with Jeff to talk about all of it.

Jim Stroesser helped bring Converse back from bankruptcy and turned the Chuck Taylor into a must-have again. Then he and his partner Jen went grassroots and built Cali Strong. It started with black t-shirts in military stores and one rule: “We have to stand for something good.”

Jim joins us on the latest Dedicated to the Craft to talk turnarounds, bold moves, and why the best brand stories start at the grassroots.

Cody Morris traded a steady office job for the overnight shift on a 1950s bottling line. More than a decade later, he's VP of Brewing Operations at Harland Brewing.

He sits down with us to talk about the road from Mission Brewery to co-founding Embolden, the $495-a-barrel b**r that became a lesson in brewing economics, and how Harland keeps both the b**r nerds and the Costco dads coming back.
