Happy National Watermelon Day! 🍉☀️ Nothing says peak summer like a icy, crisp slice of watermelon oustide in the sun.

We like to pair our slices with a handful of roasted almonds, lightly sea salted. The combination of sweet, juicy, salty, and crunchy is the ultimate summer flavor combo. So good!

Happy National Farmers Market Week! 🧺🍅 Here in California, we’re spoiled with year-round harvests, but August hits different. The tables are overflowing with peak-season tomatoes, sweet figs, and crisp stone fruits. Peaches and nectarines! Yum!

Popsicles for breakfast? Yes, please. 🧊🫐 Beat the July heatwave with these easy Blackberry Yogurt Pops. We layered tart, mashed summer blackberries with honey-sweetened yogurt and a packed base of our Strawberry Granola. They are icy, crunchy, and kid-approved!

What you'll need:
• 2 cups fresh blackberries
• 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
• 1 cup True California Strawberry Granola
• 2 tbsp honey

Steps:
1. In a small bowl, mash the blackberries and honey together with a fork.
2. Spoon alternating layers of the mashed blackberries and vanilla yogurt into 6 popsicle molds.
3. Leave 1 inch at the top, and pack it completely full with Strawberry Granola.
4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Is your garden overflowing with zucchini yet? 🥒 Keep things sweet by baking up a batch of these incredibly moist Zucchini Muffins! The secret weapon? We baked our Apple Cranberry Granola right into the batter and used it as a crunchy streusel topping. Perfect for grab-and-go beach mornings! 🌊🧁

What You'll Need:
• 1.5 cups grated fresh zucchini (squeezed to drain excess water)
• 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup maple syrup & 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 cup True Cali Apple Cranberry Granola (divided)

Steps:
1. Whisk eggs, maple syrup, and applesauce in a bowl. Stir in grated zucchini.
2. Fold in the flour and 1/2 cup of the granola until just combined.
3. Divide batter into a lined 12-cup muffin tin.
4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of granola heavily over the tops.
5. Bake at 350°F for 20-22 mins until a toothpick comes out clean.

Nothing screams California summer quite like fresh peaches hitting the grill! 🍑🔥 We’re taking our morning parfaits to the next level by layering caramelized warm peaches with cool Greek yogurt and a massive crunch from our Original Granola. Simple, sweet, and the ultimate July breakfast. ☀️

What You'll Need:
• 2 fresh peaches (halved & pitted)
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup Granola
• 1 tbsp honey
• Dash of cinnamon

Steps:
1. Lightly oil and grill peach halves for 2-3 mins per side until grill marks appear.
2. Let cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized chunks.
3. In a glass, layer Greek yogurt, warm peaches, and granola.
4. Drizzle with honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
