Tender chicken cutlets in a buttery lemon-caper sauce—restaurant-quality flavor in 30 minutes! 😍

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (butterflied & pounded thin)
1/2 cup flour (for dredging)
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup capers (drained)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season chicken with salt & pepper, dredge in flour, and shake off excess.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan & cook chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove & set aside.

1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)

4 cups chicken broth
