Calamansi Vinegar - from calamansi fruits, home brewed in small batches by MyLola's Kusina.

I have a very limited supply of Calamansi Vinegar, reserved for those who ordered back in January. I will start brewing a new batch this month, and it will be available in August. If you are interested, please email me at [email protected]. Available in 5 oz and 8 oz bottles (pictured).

I want to introduce my latest Calamansi creation - the "May Asim Pa!! Calamansi Vinegar." In the Philippines, "may asim pa" literally means, "still has sourness" but has taken on various other meanings, mostly directed at older women as "still having s*x appeal." Well for this feminist Lola, "may asim pa" means, "Still Strong and Spunky!"

I have 3 bottles (5 oz each) that I am distributing to my taste testers for their reviews and one bottle to my brother-in-law who started it all by suggesting that I try to make it. By end of January or early February 2021, I will have more to distribute and sell.

Another wonderful way of using calamansi, especially this holiday season. I like this version of making Calamansi Crinkles and I think you will too. Note: When I made this, I used green food coloring but you can opt to use a yellow or orange color as you prefer. Enjoy !!

Calamansi Crinkles are flavored with calamansi juice - sweet, citrusy and so yummy! So perfect ...

TUHOD ng bubuyog ni lola (Grandma’s Bee’s Knees), my take on the classic, adding calamansi-honey mix ordered from the California garden of Carol Ojeda-Kimbrough. Drink inspired by Jennie Vasquez, also from CA.

4 parts gin
2 parts calamansi-honey
1 part lemon juice

Shake in ice. Serve with or without crushed ice.
