S.F. Specialty is proud to bring Incontro back to the Bay Area! Tony — who started here in Napa — is producing the best charcuterie we’ve tasted, born from his inspiring discovery of the Mangalitsa pig and a commitment to quality.

What is the Hungarian Mangalitsa pig? It’s the “New Iberico.” It’s prized for its flavorful meat and creamy fat, which melts at a lower temperature than typical pork fat, enhancing the taste and texture of the charcuterie. This unique characteristic, combined with Tony’s artisanal curing methods, makes his product distinctively rich and delicious, and places it at the pinnacle of charcuterie.

When SFSF and Tony met a few months back, both parties immediately established camaraderie in their undying passion for quality, so we couldn’t be more excited to represent his product here in the Bay Area.

I feel like Jordan and I always say, “It’s the best _______ you’ll ever have.” And normally, saying that repetitively to customers would cheapen its meaning, but I think our customers would agree we consistently bring the best the world can offer — no matter what product category.

These vanilla beans are no exception. Whereas the average vanilla bean is emaciated, dry and thinner than a drinking straw, these beans are plump, filled with seeds, and as thick as you’re pinky. They also have a cleaner, smoother and purer flavor.

These specific Grand Cru Bora Bora beans have won worldwide best vanilla at Concours Agricole de Paris 14 of the last 15 yrs.
