🇨🇳 Spicy Strips Pringles (China) on In The Chips with Barry

Continuing our week of Pringles of China, specifically the “Super Hot” series. Today, we up the ante with a 4 out of 5 chili pepper raising. It blows my mind that in 2026 with all the technology available to use, that translation on chip flavors is still like this. Spicy Strips?! Maybe it’s intentional but what an underselling for what is essentially a spicy, smoky, bacon flavor.

This week we’re checking out the Super Hot series from Pringles of China. First up, the mildesst (heatwise( of the bunch - Chili Lemon Crab. Doesn’t sound like a bad combo of flavors. Question is, can they pull em off?

🇺🇸 Couch Potato Mustard Hot Dog potato chips on In The Chips with Barry

Ooh, another hot dog flavored potato chip! This one is a Mustard Hot Dog flavored potato chip from Couch Potato. Not gonna lie, Local Style set the bar pretty high with their Chicago Hot Dog flavored potato chip. And while a mustard dog is a less complex flavor, it still has the potential to be delicious…like a mustard dog.

Well, well, well, what do we have on deck for this week’s Can It Sandwich? Why, it’s none other than:
- 🇺🇸 Chippy’s 100% Grass Fed Beef Tallow potato chips
- 🇺🇸 Deep Snacks Pizza chips
- 🇺🇸 Beefy’s Own Sour Cream and Onion Beef Tallow potato chips

Well, I think at least 2 of these will sandwich well, the third? A long shot. Still, could happen, right?

🇺🇸 Beefy’s Own Sour Cream & Onion Grass Beef Tallow potato chips on In The Chips with Barry

And we are bookending the week with another beef tallow cooked potato chips. But this time it’s Beefy’s Own Sour Cream and Onion flavored beef tallow cooked potato chips. Should be fun to taste just how pronounced, or not, the beef tallow flavor is here.

🇺🇸Chippy’s Grass Fed Beef Tallow potato chips on In The Chips with Barry

Yes, once again I find myself in possession of a bag of beef tallow cooked potato chips. This time, however, the tallow is from grass fed cows. Personally, I love the flavor of beef tallow and potatoes so there was no way I was not gonna review these.
