A little introduction for all the new faces here. 🤍
Hi, I’m Roze, owner of Breaking Fromage.
What started as a simple hobby quickly became something I fell completely in love with. I never imagined arranging cheese, fruit, and charcuterie would one day become a business that allows me to be part of so many beautiful celebrations and memories.
But turning a hobby into a business wasn’t as simple as creating pretty boards. There were licenses, permits, food safety certifications, taxes, insurance, regulations, and so many things I had never considered. There were moments when it all felt overwhelming and moments when I questioned whether I could do it.
I wanted to give up more than once.
But I didn’t.
Instead, I kept learning, growing, and showing up. I expanded from charcuterie boards to grazing tables, workshops, brunch tables, carts, and so much more. Every challenge became a lesson, and every milestone reminded me why I started.
Today, Breaking Fromage is more than a business. It’s a dream built through passion, perseverance, faith, and the support of an incredible community.
To every customer who has ordered, attended a workshop, shared a post, referred a friend, or trusted me with your special moments, thank you. Truly. Your support has helped turn a hobby into something bigger than I ever imagined.
