I also have a pineapple anti-inflammatory tea made with all fresh pineapple 🍍 lemon 🍋 orange 🍊 turmeric 🫚 ginger 🫚 rosemary 🌿cinnamon, hint of cayenne and raw local honey 🍯

Elderberry syrup is an excellent source of antioxidants, vitamin c, can help ease and prevent cold and flu symptoms. You only need 1 tsp daily to reap amazing benefits!
