First time making both of last weekend’s sandwiches and we are pretty darn proud.

Dashi Tamago had a gently cooked egg loaf that was reminiscent of a chawanmushi, served with a refreshing pickled ginger slaw.

🍔 🍋‍🟩 🧅 🌶️ 🍟 🧀
Lunch was a doozy. 😵‍💫 The Lomo (Saltado) Burger. Salsa criolla made with lime pickled red onions (heavy on the lime), aji pepper (Peruvian pepper) sauce, shoestring fries (fried to order!), gruyere and cheddar cheeses.

Thanks to .and.essentials for being mad scientist with in the kitchen!

Ring the alarm! BREAD PUDDING IS BACK.

We are popping up at our local gym as their members challenge themselves in the grueling Peak 500 competition. Nothing more entertaining than eating bread while others work out.

Mixing it up with the menu, no rolls BUT we have
- toast with choice of salted butter, strawberry jam, or orange marmalade (dante’s pain went into the jam and marmalade, so it tastes better) 🧈 🍓 🍊
