During my recent trip to Texas, I visited a few new places I haven't been to before.
This was 'la Barbecue'. I loved the access, getting in and out was easy. Placed my order for a couple pounds of brisket to go.
Thought it was good, not great. The texture was perfect, great fat rendering, the taste was a little bland (still better than most/I like salt 😁), needed more smoke and seasoning.
