Daily Duckie Run! 4 of the older birdies graduated to free range status (the Pekin’s are a bit of a bully to the teens, and my white Muscovy started picking on the geese, which is a no no 🙄) so now the geese are proud Momma’s all by themselves to the younger ones 🤣 next step is graduating the toddlers to the teenagers group.. once the teenagers stop being brats to them 😆

What started as a pair of smooths, and a trio of silkied… ended up being the best “accident” ever after I lost my silkied roo this past winter. I stuck my silkied girls in with this handsome boy temporarily while I began my search for a new roo. This resulted in coloring that I have become 100% obsessed with. My goal is still to have a silkied pen, or at least a 50% chance… it’s just gonna take a little longer now to get back to that, since now I want them in these exact colors 😅 peek the birdies from my main serama pen, followed by some of their babies so far 😍

Was so busy yesterday I didn’t get a chance to post my new babies from Erika over at The Happy Homestead There’s a tolbunt Polish to add to my Houdan / Polish pen & another gorgeous silkied serama to add to my silkied serama pen 😍 she’s quite literally perfection 🫶🏻
