Morning shade! This is my saving grace during dig and ship season! It gets really hot here in Texas, and I get as many rhizomes dug in the shade as I can, or I wouldn’t physically be able to get it all done. 🥵🥴

This is my last weekend to “get stuff done” for a while before I start digging and shipping rhizomes next week! Nine daylilies planted yesterday and a few more to go. We’ve had good rain lately and all the irises look green and healthy. 💕
