Sheeeeshhh 😮‍💨 I’ve been SLEEPING on ACHILLES By The Sea like WHY?! 😂

I had SO many people message me telling me this spot was one of the best, and honestly… it completely lived up to the hypeee

Everything was SO good and I finally understand what y’all were talking about! 🤌🏼

To have in Scotts Valley is a FLEX! 🇮🇹✨

They used to be in Ben Lomond, and if you haven’t gotten a chance to try this amazing spot yet, NOW is the time!

They’re serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, opening at 7 AM and closing at 8 PM. ☕️🥐🍕🍝

This authentic Italian spot has delicious fresh pastries, coffee, pizzas, pastas, and SO much more. I’m seriously so excited for our community to have something this special right here in Scotts Valley!

They’ve already been loved by so many, and I can totally see why!!!

I highly recommend adding La Placa to your list — you will NOT be disappointed! 🇮🇹

7:00 AM 👩‍👦 Get myself + my son ready for the day
8:00 AM 🚗 Drop my son off at school
8:30 AM 🥐 Home for a quick bite, then off to film content for the gift store I manage
10:30 AM 📱 Home to post across TikTok, IG + Facebook
11:00 AM 💇🏽‍♀️ Weekly hair appointment + editing while I’m in the chair because there’s ALWAYS work to do 😂
12:00 PM 🍽️ Restaurant #1 to film Los Freseros 🍓
1:30 PM 🥡 Posted on my stories asking if anyone wanted some free food… ended up dropping food off to construction workers 🥹
2:00 PM 📸 Home to take photos for Fabletics + Cupshe | Swimwear & Resortwear
2:45 PM 🏋🏽‍♀️ Quick workout + charge my car
3:15 PM 🥗 Picked up my meal prep from Village Foods
4:00 PM 🌯 Restaurant #2 — Humble Sea Beer Garden to film the CRAB RANGOON BURRITO at Shockwave Food
5:00 PM 🧒🏽 My son got dropped off at the Wharf for a little playdate
6:00 PM 🍳 Home, unpack meal prep + make dinner together

And somehow… this is a normal day 😂

Being a content creator looks like a lot of fun (and it IS!), but there is SO much behind the scenes that you don’t see. 🎥🤍

The Grille at DeLaveaga | Award-Winning California Cuisine HAS LEVELED UP ⛳️

The food is seriously worth checking out! They have a garden right on the property where they pull fresh produce for the kitchen, plus homemade bread, fresh ingredients, amazing cocktails, and SO many delicious options.

The muffaletta is definitely one to try — it’s not something you find everywhere! And I absolutely loved that their chicken sandwich comes on focaccia bread. 🤌🏼

Everything we tried was so delicious, and you get a beautiful view of the golf course while you eat. Best part? You do NOT have to be a member to dine here!

They’re open for breakfast + lunch, so add this one to your list!
Weekends breakfast is served all day!

This new spot in Ben Lomond is serving up Mexican desserts for SUPER affordable prices! Los Freseros 🍓

They also have Marianne's Ice Cream , savory items, and some really unique treats that you don’t usually find around here.

They have so many fun desserts I haven’t seen anywhere else, and the owners are seriously so friendly. 🥹

Plus, they’re open until 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends, which makes this such a fun late-night dessert stop!

Definitely adding this one to my list of spots to come back to!

MONDAY-SUNDAY open at 11! Family ran, so good!

VIRAL CRAB RANGOON BURRITO!! 🦀🌯🔥

It tasted JUST as good as I thought it would!! 🤤 If you’re wondering where to get it, head to Humble Sea Beer Garden on the Santa Cruz Wharf — Shockwave Food food truck will be serving it up!

This one is SO worth trying, and the dipping sauces were such a good addition!

(While ur at it grab those caprese spring rolls and a burger 😉 They also cater!)
