Snow, wine, and the flavors of Taos!

The Taos Winter Wine Festival returns February 5th to the 7th, bringing together Taos’s best restaurants and renowned winemakers for a long weekend of food, wine, and celebration across Taos and Taos Ski Valley. The schedule includes wine dinners, aprés tastings, silent auction, seminars, and the signature Grand Tasting.

paired with crémant de bourgogne brut rosé

peach compote, olive oil flatbread
paired with 2023 chablis, domaine long-dep­aquit
