1 oz Kiwi Puree25 oz Absinthe Verte
1.5 oz Sigil Gin

๐‘€๐‘’๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘œ๐‘‘: Fill a plastic freezer bag with ice, cover with a kitchen towel, and crush ice using a rolling pin or kitchen mallet or, use an empty cocktail shaker filled with ice & shake until well crushed. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and loosely strain into an absinthe tulip or large rocks glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a bouquet of mint and slice of kiwi.

*๐‘€๐‘–๐‘›๐‘ก ๐‘†๐‘ฆ๐‘Ÿ๐‘ข๐‘: Make a mint tea using approximately 2 bags of dried mint tea per 1 cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 5 minutes, then combine with an equal amount of sugar.
