Wanna make our Brown Butter x Pumpkin Spice Syrup? 🧈❤️‍🔥🎃

Rich, nutty brown butter, meets real pumpkin, caramelized brown sugar, pure vanilla, and a touch of warm pumpkin spice. Made from scratch with simple ingredients for the perfect fall coffee experience.

**RECIPE | Makes approximately 12 oz**

* 175 g brown sugar
* 60 g cane sugar
* 110 g filtered water
* 120 g pumpkin purée
* 90 g unsalted butter
* 7 g pure vanilla extract
* 1 g pumpkin pie spice
* 1/2 g sea salt

**HOW IT'S MADE**

Brown the butter until golden, with a nutty fragrance. Add the sugars, water, pumpkin, and gently bring to a simmer for about 10 minutes. Let cool, then finish with vanilla, spice, and salt. Blend until silky smooth.

Refrigerate and shake before using. Smash within 3–4 days. 🍒

Are you feeling adventurous? I'm telling you, apple is seriously killing pumpkin spice. This is a must try! Our caramel apple danish pairs great with cold brew too. Just add apple spice syrup, caramel drizz, your choice of brew, a cheesecake cream float, then slap a fat piece of caramel apple pastry right on top. Come find us and grab one... Posting our October calendar tomorrow! 💚🙌
