🇺🇸 250 Years of Freedom… But What Does Freedom Really Mean?

Today we celebrate 250 years of a nation built upon the idea of freedom.

As I sat with that word this evening, I realized that the greatest freedom I’ve ever experienced wasn’t something given to me…

It was something I chose.

The freedom to stop living from fear.
The freedom to question old beliefs.
The freedom to heal instead of simply survive.
The freedom to say no without guilt.
The freedom to honor my intuition.
The freedom to become more authentically… me.

For me, awakening isn’t about escaping the world.

It’s about becoming fully present within it.

Real freedom begins the moment we stop handing our power away—to fear, to old stories, to expectations, or to the opinions of others.

Whether today is filled with fireworks, family, quiet reflection, or simply a moment of gratitude…
