Sometimes, it’s the things that you don’t see that make all the difference.

Scratch made, cold fermentation, unbleached non bromate flour.

There’s a lot of bagels out there to choose from. It’s what’s in the bag that matters.

SHS Alumni? Nope.
Vintage Tee Fan? Yep.

I actually aquired this little number 20 years ago thrifting. I figured I’d share it with it being the 40th anniversary of Class of 1987 and all.

At least it has fall colors.

Sarasota High School hit me up if you need it for your museum or something lol.

Bitty bagels make amazing lunchtime sandwiches! Pro Tip: if you ever find yourself with a few extras from our bagel boxes, toss them in a freezer bag & freeze them same day. Then take out as many as you need and let them thaw in 10-15 minutes.

If you’re feeling a little extra, run them under water for a second, shake them off, then warm them up 350 for just a few minutes.

Our bagels freeze exceptionally well and because we don’t use any preservatives we highly recommend freezing any leftovers.
