EASY CHICKEN TACOS

RECIPE:
Put 2-3lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast or chicken thighs in a crockpot on low.
Add 32oz of your favorite salsa
Add 1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
Add 1 pack of your favorite taco seasoning
Add 1 pack of ranch seasoning
Let it cook on low until the chicken is done and shred the chicken
Let the shredded chicken sit in the crockpot with the salsa on “keep warm” for an hour (2 hours is even better)
Plate on tortillas
Add chicken, pickled or raw chopped onions, Crema, and fresh cilantro to taste.
