Terri’s roast beef special. Emerson Street Kingston, NY. Apparently voted the Hudson Valleys best sandwich. Friendly service. The sandwich is well proportioned. Not too big, not too small. Store cooked roast beef was cooked and sliced almost perfectly. Very tender but a bit on the bland side for me. I’ll admit, I like a lot of garlic, salt and pepper on my RB and maybe that’s not everybody’s thing. Their “famous” horseradish sauce was actually pretty good, I just wished there was a little more of it on the sandwich. I wasn’t really starving so I just got it on a hard roll. The roll was fresh and tasty. I didn’t catch where the bread was from. Normally I would get a sandwich on a sub roll (I think most sandwiches are better on subs). Overall I enjoyed the sandwich. I’ll get one again, next time on a sub roll with extra salt & pepper. Sandwich, bag of onion garlic chips and a can of coke. $16. Out the door for $20 with tip. 👍8.5/10
