🧘♀️🍩✌️☕️ HEY THERE FRIENDS, HEATHER HERE! A BIT ABOUT OUR STORY, HEARING YOUR STORIES & WELLNESS (sounds random I know):
Welcome to our Zolly's Food Truck page! We are so glad you found us 🙌
I am half of the HZ/BZ duo who make Zolly's happen, along with our 3 kids who hop in when they can 😎.
BZ is the backbone of Zolly's and the inspiration behind why we do this. He LOVES to feed people.
He is the muscle behind the scenes, while I come into t with the gift of gab (sometimes too much our kids will say) and talk with you about where you're from and anything else about life that may come up 😉. We balance eachother out for sure.
This is our fun, side thing.
Bryan and I met while both attending Minnesota State University , when Bryan walked into Ruttle's Bar & Grill and asked for an application from the bartender that night. I was the bartender 🥰.
He went home to his 7 housemates and said, "I just met the girl I'm going to marry." And he was right!
We just celebrated our 25 year anniversary 💃 ❤️🕺
Bryan owns 2 newspapers, "Let's Play Hockey" and "Let's Play Football", runs the amazing Let's Play Hockey Expo during the boys state hockey tournament and is the varsity baseball coach here in Sauk Centre, MN.
I was an elementary teacher, then stay at home mom for 12 years, before opening Yoga Mama'Z Wellness Centre in Sauk Centre. I've been teaching wellness practices for 22 years.
Our kids are now 24, 20 and 16 years old.
Why share this?
Well, I think its important to know that when you buy from small businesses, you are helping support a dream, a vision and a family.
We LOVE what we do!
And also, we never set out to be business owners. (Heck, I walked out of my first Yoga class I ever attended at 20 years old, after walking in hungover during college and not understanding why anyone would ever stay in a pose and breathe in a quiet room!)
We were just 2 kids in love trying to make our way in life.
We are also proof that trying new things, not knowing if they will pan out, is still worth it.
We believe in taking chances and that life is too short not to do the things and to enjoy doing them!
So here we are. 48 and 52 year-old kids in love still making our way in life.
I had many conversations with coffee and hot chocolate drinkers in the cozy Berg's baby barn about my story when people saw my books "Sedona Spirit Journey" and "The Power of Pausing" in the barn and asked what they are about.
I shared about my health crash 7 years ago that was my lowest of lows with an old neck and back injury, brain trauma, SEVERE insomnia, 24 hour a day migraines for months and wrong diagnosis, and how I teach what I've learned to others in hopes of helping them feel at peace in their bodies and minds.
I LOVE teaching in businesses, in our studio, in private sessions, by Zoom, and hosting in-studio, on-site retreats here and in Sedona, Arizona! Helping people LIGHTS ME UP and is a big part of my purpose.
If you are looking for a girl to speak to a group, lead corporate wellness sessions, or have a friend, family, team, business, bachelorette, etc group to bring into the studio...I got you 🤗.
Also, if you're looking to bring in boba lemonades, specialty hot and cold coffees during the food truck off-season or a fun food truck for an event between April and September, lets see if we are a fit! Our mini-donuts are out of this world delish!
