Is your kitchen counter starting to look like a produce stand? 🍅🥒🌽 Between the tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, and corn all hitting their peak at the same time, it’s a race against the clock to use it all before it goes soft in the crisper drawer.

I rounded up 24 of my favorite garden produce recipes — salads, salsas, zucchini bread, street corn salad, even pumpkin bars for when fall rolls around. Plus all of my go-to pickling, freezing, and jam recipes so you can preserve the extras and enjoy garden season all winter long.

Whether it came from your own garden or the local farm stand, there’s something here to help you use it up. Which one are you making first? 👇

Meat-and-potatoes people at your table who “don’t do salad”? This is the recipe that changes their mind. 🥓

Baby spinach, hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, and red onion — all drenched in a warm, tangy-sweet bacon dressing made from real bacon grease. It’s the kind of salad that gets requested by name.

Bonus: it’s naturally low-carb/keto, so it fits right in whether you’re feeding a crowd or just yourself.

Confession: I’ve made monkey bread in the oven for years, but the casserole crock pot is my go-to now especially for holiday mornings and houseguests. 🍯

Two cans of Grands biscuits, cinnamon sugar, and a buttery brown sugar caramel go in before everyone’s awake, and you pull it out warm, gooey, and ready to shred apart with your hands (spoons are optional, dignity is not required).

It takes about 2 hours on high, no oven babysitting needed. I’ve also got the trick for keeping the center from staying doughy since that’s the #1 question I get on this one. Recipe’s in the first comment! 👇

If your cucumber plants are giving you more than you know what to do with, this is your answer. 🥒

Creamy cucumber salad — the old-fashioned kind made with sour cream, fresh dill, red onion, and a little splash of hot sauce for a kick you won’t expect. I found the bones of this recipe in our Ladies Aid cookbook and doctored it up to my taste. It’s cool, tangy, and it’s always the first bowl to go empty at a cookout.

The secret? Salt and drain the cucumbers first so your dressing stays thick and creamy instead of watery.

🔥 Fire-Roasted Salsa straight off the Big Green Egg! 🍅

This is the salsa recipe that will make you skip the store-bought jars for good. Garden-fresh tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, and a whole bulb of garlic get charred over direct heat, then pulsed with fresh cilantro, lime juice, and adobo seasoning for that smoky, restaurant-style flavor you can’t get any other way.

No grill? No problem — the broiler works too (just add a pinch of smoked paprika for that same smoky kick).

Perfect with chips, piled on tacos, or spooned over my blackened fish taco salad. Get the full recipe on the blog! 👇
