My name is Sherley, at the age of 15, I made my first cheesecake and although, it wasn’t perfect, it was pretty tasty. So I made it a mission to make it perfect by using some simple ingredients. My cheesecake has always been requested for any gatherings by my friends and family. For those who have tried it for the first time they have said, “WOW that’s a good cheesecake or I don’t like cheesecake,

but I love your cheesecake”. With a little push and support from my friends & family, I’ve decided to start my own little cheesecake business.
