Happy Wednesday, folks - I would sincerely appreciate it if you took the time to read this week's newsletter, as it does pertain to some short-term changes here at 237 Union St this weekend!

Long story short(er): Chef needs to take a few days to rest (Doc's orders) and we don't want to just shut our doors for the week, so while we will be CLOSED TODAY, 8/19, we'll be here all Thursday, Friday, & Saturday with a 'limited menu', good vibes, and a killer night of music upstairs at the VDMC on 8/22.

Thursday Nights at the Van Dyck! 🍝🍺🎷

Two Sets of Live Jazz - a ‘dinner set’ followed by a ‘club set’ - Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 9:00pm in the downstairs bar area here at 237 Union St!

An all-new ‘Live Jazz Happy Hour’ will be debuting for these performances, featuring some exciting Stella Pasta Bar & Bistro options as well as a few awesome Seven Points Brewery drink specials available exclusively during the ‘club set’ - as always on our first floor: reservations are suggested for our Dining Room, while seating at the Bar Area is first come, first served.

We’ve got some killer Capital Region jazz musicians on the schedule for our inaugural Sept-Dec run of ‘Thursday Nights at the Van Dyck’, and if all goes well we’ll be continuing this series for a long time here in the Stockade… and that’s all in addition to the excellent programming upstairs at the Van Dyck Music Club, including our very first ‘Thanksgiving Eve 518 Jazz Jam’ on Wednesday 11/25 with Bohdan Kinal & Friends!
