Side B originally started with me wanting a place where I could be creative, and right off the bat, it became centered around music.

I loved the idea of drinks named after and inspired by songs and artists. I want each drink to feel intentional—and maybe even help someone find a new favorite song.

Music has a funny way of tying itself to memories. Almost everyone has a song that means something to them, and I love how easily music can bring people together.
I want Side B to be part of that. đź–¤

What makes Side B different?

For me, it starts with one simple idea: everyone deserves a dessert that feels special.

I've known people who are diabetic, and I've seen how difficult it can be to find sugar-free treats that don't feel like an afterthought. Too often they're expensive, lacking in flavor, or simply not something you'd choose if you had another option. I want Side B to change that.

At Side B, sugar-free isn't a separate menu—it is the menu. My goal is for every dessert to stand on its own without compromising on flavor, while doing everything I can to keep them fairly priced. Sugar-free shouldn't mean paying more or settling for less.

But that's only part of the dream.

I also want Side B to be a place where creativity shines. Expect flavor combinations you won't find just anywhere, inspired by the artists we love and the music that brings us together.

This is only the beginning, but that's a promise I'm committed to building Side B around.

Hi everyone, and welcome to Side B đź–¤

I’ve been nervous to make this page, mostly because Side B is still just an idea I’m trying really hard to turn into something real. But I didn’t want to keep waiting until everything was perfect, so I’m starting here.

Side B comes from the B-side of a record — the songs that aren’t always the main event, but sometimes end up being the ones that mean the most. That idea really stuck with me. I want Side B to feel like that too. Something different, a little hidden-gem, and hopefully something people can connect with.

Side B is a music-inspired boba-style drink and dessert concept that I’m working on bringing to our area. I want it to be a place with creative drinks, specialty sugar-free desserts, and little community things like drink voting, board games, creative displays, and ways to recognize local students and achievements.

I’m still in the early planning stage, so there isn’t an opening date yet. I don’t want to pretend everything is figured out overnight, because it isn’t. But this page is where I’ll start sharing ideas, asking for input, and taking the first real steps toward making Side B happen.
