🌶️ Available this weekend our Passager small batch Thai Chili Sriracha, limited quantity available. $20/3oz. Processed with the original Thai Chilis - not the red jalapeño substitute found on store shelves. Peppers are Fermented for 4 weeks then processed and Pasteurized.
Should be ready by late Saturday or Sunday pickup at our farm.

IQ - Installation Qualification has officially begun 😁 for upgrades that takes us from a 1-pound recipe scale of peppers processing in a kitchen Vitamixer to a 25lbs batch size! 🤩

Which means scale up sauce trials are around the corner!
