What I ate: Scottsdale Day 2

Breakfast at . It has some very unique menu items that use native desert produce. We had crispy Tater Tots, French Toast and Veg Burger. Everything was delicious 😋

Lunch at . We enjoyed a simple, clean and healthy sandwich & soup for lunch.

What I ate in Scottsdale!

Day 1: The Coronado As we landed in Phoenix, we went straight to The Coronado. It is within a few miles of the airport. It's a plant based restaurant providing vegan food. Small & cozy place but unfortunately the service was not great. We got our food an hour after placing our order. We could see the kitchen & there was just one chef.
We had Harvest Bowl, - Chimichanga - Mexican Rice. Out of three Mexican Rice was the best. The other two were okay.

Hopefully it was just a one off case. I would like to try it again though as there menu is interesting.

Beautiful desert flora in Arizona. To see so many varieties of cacti was a wonderful experience at . Their charm increased as the sun started to go down.

If you are visiting Phoenix, go to the Desert Botanical Garden. They also have a light bloom exhibit going on till the end of March.
