I found this article on 2026 food photography trends really interesting, and thought you might too!

Food photography has always lived at the intersection of craft and appetite, but in 2026 the discipline is becoming more intentional, more refined, and more honest than ever before.

Take a look at my of gluten free foods for my friend who lives in a small town with few grocery store options.

I shopped at a suburban Whole Foods Market near Seattle for these gluten free pastas, gluten free bread, and gluten free crackers. I was delighted to find gluten free panko as well.

My friend does not eat sugar, so I skipped the gluten free cookies and baked goods aisle.

Some of the brands you see here include Banza, Jovial, Franz, Simple Truth, and Whole Foods’ own Simple Truth brand.

Hope you enjoyed this video!

Behind the scenes look at a buay content creator’s Wednesday afternoon.

I am at my vacation home this week, and it (purposely) doesn’t have an office.

I am not able to “vacation mode” until Friday, and I have a ton of work piling up! (Keep in mind that Cookbook Divas is only ine of several websites, blogs and social channels I run) 😩

Having a hard stop deadline of my dear friend and houseguest arriving Friday afternoon gives me an incentive to finish and put these books and cookbooks away in a closet to clear off my dining table again.

Guests deserve to relax and day drink in an uncluttered vacation home!

Hope you enjoyed this little POV and sneak peek of upcoming cookbook content!

A new retro cookbook!

In the cookbook, author Bobby Hicks takes readers back to the 1800s with recipes like lightning cake and lobster thermidor, through to the 1960s with gelatin rainbow cake and boeuf bourguignon.
