I made andouille sausage today! I turn it into a Cajun creamy pasta.
(I forgot to get pictures. My pictures were horrible.)
I made roasted veggies, tomatoes 🍅, peppers 🫑 🌶️ , then added pasta, seasoning, cheese and the sausage of course !I garnished with micro greens, and green onions. 🧀 chef said it was perfect. Just needed better plating!
