Weeknight dinner, made easy. 🍛 Our Thai Chicken Meatballs over coconut curried lentils and fluffy jasmine rice bring big flavor with zero effort. Just heat, serve, and dig in. Save this for your next busy night! 🙌

Cooking Instructions:
Place the curried lentil soup in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave until hot and steamy. Meanwhile, cut the Thai chicken meatballs into quarters. Add about 1 Tbsp olive oil and the meatballs to a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, tossing occasionally, until the meatballs are warmed through and golden, about 5-7 minutes. Place rice in the microwave and heat until steamy, about 3-5 minutes. Layer chicken meatballs and lentil soup over a bed of rice, top with a garnish of rough chopped cilantro. Enjoy!

A customer recently let me in on something I haven't stopped thinking about, topping our smoked salmon cakes with our dill pickle dip instead of the usual tartar sauce! 🐟 🥒 The tang from the dill pickle against the smoky salmon just works. Our pimento cheese dip is already incredible on its own, but paired with our customer favorite chicken tenders on a baguette? Next level. 🙌 Meet the pimento cheese and chicken sandwich - warm, cheesy, and pure comfort in every bite.

Cooking instructions:⁠
Cook chicken tenders according to the instructions on the package. Slice the baguette into three equal sections, then slice lengthwise and toast. Layer pimento cheese dip, chicken tenders, pickles, and sliced jalapeños onto the bottom slice of the baguette, then close the sandwiches. Serve alongside the mac salad and enjoy!
