Hard work on the Bering Sea doesn’t go unnoticed. This time, we’re recognizing three crew members whose dedication and attitude have earned them a spot in our Captain’s Club and MVP series on the Seafreeze America!
🏆 Captain’s Club
Joe Norris | 1st Cook | Since February 2019
💬 “Bering Sea work requires a unique skillset and discipline to work 16 hours, 7 days a week while staying composed under pressure in service to the boat and crew. Every crewmember is critical and those that come in pursuit of wild adventure and drama don’t make it. The ability to work with people from any background, plus discipline to stick to the grind every day is key.”
⭐ Most Valuable Processors
Ceylon Om | Processor | Since June 2025
💬 “If you wanna be tough, make sure you got the drive for it.”
Lucas Stoll | Processor | Since July 2026
💬 “Working on the Bering Sea is hard work, but when you get used to it, it becomes fun and fulfilling.”
Congratulations to Joe, Ceylon, and Lucas! Your hard work, discipline, and commitment to your crew are what keep us moving forward. 👏⚓
