I grew up on bold Vietnamese flavors. When I tried to eat “healthy,” I felt disconnected. The media has a way of showcasing Western style as the only way for a healthier lifestyle.

So I challenged that idea and made dishes more intentionally and closer to home. Coincidentally, my dad made yummy Vietnamese jerky when I was growing up. 😋

Lunar New Year celebrations are not over just yet! Still 2 more events to welcome the year of the horse!

2/28 Catch us in Edmonds this Sat for a special LNY celebration with the city. Market will be held downtown and will host lion dances, performances, and other family activities at Edmonds Center for the Arts 🧧

3/07 29th Annual LNY Celebration will feature a ton of vendors, dragon & lion dances, and other cultural performances. It will be an epic time so hope to see you there! 🐎
