Go on to Up in Smoke BBQ and see where they’re set up in your local area. You won’t be disappointed! I just had a brisket sandwich, and it was one of the top three food truck sandwiches I’ve ever had. Their food was delicious! Keep up the great work 👍👍 Will definitely be back!

First place of the year is a must check out spot if you love BBQ The Brisket was spot on. The Ribs were fall off the bone. I didn’t try a sauce that I didn’t like. The sides we good. Only think in my opinion that needed a little something was the potato salad. But all and all it was great.
