If you are unfamiliar - Sofrito is a Puerto Rican staple. It’s a vegetable based marinade that includes garlic, cilantro, culantro, sweet peppers, onions and other amazing herbs and spices. It’s used in Spanish rice, soups and almost all meats! It smells incredible and delivers an unforgettable flavor to any Latin dish!!!
