Just want to let everyone know. We are smoking pork butts, boneless pork loin, and whole chickens for The Matt Showmaker Benefit tomorrow. There will be a fish fry from 4-6pm, live auction at 6pm ( this is where the meat we are smoking comes available for purchase ). Everyone is welcome, come out and eat some good food, give support the Showmaker family, maybe buy something tasty or interesting at the auction, and the enjoy the band! Hope to see y'all there, details below in pictures.

Labels are now available and will be applied to the jars today. We are introducing an 8oz trial size for $6 per jar, or a flight of the trial size for $20, which includes all four flavors. Additionally, our 16oz jars are available for $10 each, or a flight of all four for $32. We recommend purchasing them promptly while supplies last.

Attention everyone!

I will be taking preorders for the round of sauces I'll be making up this weekend!

This will be my biggest batch yet, and I have already had many requests for my Sweet Garlic Sauce I made last round so I thought I would kick it up a notch and add a touch of heat to a small batch to test the waters. 🔥🔥
