Healthy can be delicious, trust us! Today we are rolling out two of our four avocado toast recipes. Names tbd.

First pic is on Dave’s Killer Bread (we managed to get some PNW yummies to toast up) topped with fresh avocado spread, arugula, pickled red onion, English cucumber, Italian shaved Parmesan, bacon crumbles and hard boiled egg.

Pic #2 is featured on toasted sourdough and topped with housemade cream cheese, fresh avocado spread, diced jalapeño and crumbled bacon. Close your eyes and picture a jalapeño popper reimagined.

We have a great working relationship with the Maricopa County HD. They are an understaffed group in their field inspections department so we as a mobile small business understand the volume of their workload.
We had our full inspection yesterday 30 minutes before an event and in all of the chaos I was laughing at the end as our inspector says “you like a letter grade, don’t you?” She remembered. 😂😂
Running a mobile food business is not for the faint of heart. The ups and downs, uncertainties, rising food costs, bickering from being in a small space with your spouse. All of it ends up being worth it if you can hang on and remember all of the wonderful people we get to meet and establish as our regulars. Thank you to everyone who chooses to spend their hard earned money on our carefully curated menu. We know you always have options and we are blessed to be one of them. 🍎

Only 15 days away! This is the event that is so very near and dear to my momma heart. PNW Squeezed is on their fourth year of being a part of this fantastic event and we don’t take our invites to these lightly.
If you’re an expectant, new momma or planning for your future littles, this is an expo you don’t want to miss. It is filled with the kindest, most compassionate, knowledgeable and gracious group of men and women who want nothing more than to make your experience the best it can possibly be. Doulas, practitioners, lactation specialists, chiropractors. And I know that I am missing a few fields of their expertise.
You have got to get this marked in your calendar because you don’t want to miss out on their generous give aways. 👶👩‍🍼👨‍🍼💕💙

Meet the crew! Without them I don’t know what I would do. They make the stressful days less so, the successful ones even more celebratory and the chaotic moments laughable after my anxiety has settled.
Chris is the logic and practical base of the business. Father of 5, Poppy to four boys, spouse to my obnoxious self! You’ll find him in the window volunteering his time on the weekend, taking orders and making breakfast and lunch. Have you enjoyed a Burlington Breakfast Bagel? He’s the wizard and just a heads up, he will always suggest it with the Black Forest ham. Flat trailer tire on the side of the road? Generator needs dissected and diagnosed? That’s just the tip of the iceberg of challenges that crop up that he has come to the rescue over. I can easily call him the backbone.
Then we have Brianna-Grace. My partner in crime, my daughter, the beautiful young woman who runs the window and sandwich station on the weekdays. She’s a momma of two little boys who always makes herself available even when we get last minute bookings. Taste tester, quality control officer and heavy lifter. Ask her what her favorite juice is and she will tell you the Fairhaven all day. I wouldn’t want to do this business without her. ❤️
Lastly there’s moi. You’ll find me in the back in the juice and smoothie station. I handle the bookings, shopping, recipes and prep. My grandmothers, mom and bonus mom are inspiration for several of the menu items. So if you are ordering and enjoying the mac salad, tuna or egg salad, know that it is absolutely generational love behind each of them.
We three at PNW Squeezed appreciate each and every person who selects us for their food and drinks. We have enjoyed getting to know our regulars and look forward to the 2026 season.
