✨ Hey guys, did you miss me? ✨

It’s been a little quiet around here lately. The last few months have been full of unexpected changes, and I had to take some time to focus on my family and the things that matter most.

But after a lot of life, a lot of growth, and not nearly enough baking, I’m finally finding my way back to the kitchen. ❤️

This cheesecake was my first “just because” bake in a while, and it reminded me how much I missed creating treats for all of you. Seeing this come together gave me that spark again.

To everyone who’s continued to support Rollin ‘n Dough Bakery, thank you. Your patience, encouragement, and support mean more than you’ll ever know.
