🌱 FARM #25: GREENFIELD ORGANIC FARMS 🌱

And just like that… we have made it to Farm #25! 🎉

We are wrapping up our 2026 Fall Farm Crawl farm announcements with the incredible Greenfield Organic Farms!

Brian and Kathy Marshall are some of the most inspiring people you will ever meet! They serve our community in multiple ways. Their farm is a 72-acre Certified Organic working farm, and multiple generations of their family work together to make it happen!

They have lots of fun planned for the Crawl...

🍎🌻 FARM #24: GLICK’S GREENHOUSE! 🌻🍎

We are SO excited to welcome Glick's Greenhouse SC to the Fall Farm Crawl!

And goodness, if you have never met Mike and Joyce Glick, you are in for a treat. They are truly two of the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet, and their beautiful family-run greenhouse is such a wonderful reflection of them. ❤️

They have planned such a FUN fall day for you!

A handful of our participating Farm Crawl farms have teamed up to offer something fun for Crawl day!

Hazy River Homestead, Moonflower Farm, LLC, Lughnasa Farm, LLC & Happy Camp Farms have put together a selection of pre-order boxes filled with locally raised and locally made goods.

Choose from breakfast, lunch, meat and even mystery boxes, with options starting at just $25!

These boxes must be pre-ordered. If you’d like to take a little extra piece of the Crawl home with you, check out all the options in the graphic and place your order using the link provided in the comments below...

And remember, this is just ONE of the many ways you can support our farms on September 19th! Many of our 25 participating farms will have farm-raised meats, produce, eggs, honey, baked goods, handmade products and so much more available to purchase throughout the day. ❤️

If you’ve never visited Keaton Farms, tomorrow is the perfect day!

Ronnie and April Keaton both farm full-time on this beautiful working farm that has been in the Keaton/Alexander family for nearly 100 years. Their Farm Shoppe is open every weekend, year-round, with their own grass-fed and finished beef, farm-fresh eggs, handcrafted soaps, tallow skincare, herbal and apothecary goods, teas, tinctures, jams and so much more.

Then on September 19th, come back during the Fall Oconee Farm Crawl to meet the Keatons, learn about their cattle and regenerative pasture practices, shop the Farm Shoppe and experience this wonderful local farm!

🌱 NEW WORKSHOP! Everything Winter Gardening 🌱

We are so excited about this new workshop offered by our friend Brian Marshall at Greenfield Organic Farms!

Did you know Greenfield actually grows more vegetables in the winter than in the summer? With the right timing and a few simple tricks, you can keep fresh vegetables growing nearly year-round!

Brian will walk you through everything you need to know about winter gardening, including:

🍂 VOLUNTEER SIGN-UPS ARE OPEN! 🍂

The Fall Farm Crawl is just a few weeks away, and we need some wonderful volunteers to help us make September 19th a great day! ❤️

Our volunteers are such an important part of the Farm Crawl. Most shifts involve helping our farms welcome guests, direct parking, and keep things running smoothly throughout the day.

Shifts are only 2 hours long, and every volunteer receives a FREE ticket to the Farm Crawl! 🎟️

It’s a great way to spend a couple of hours serving our community, connecting with our farmers, and being part of something that brings so many people together in support of local agriculture.

A few quick reminders:
🍁 Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift
🍁 Wear closed-toed shoes
🍁 Bring water and snacks
🍁 Come ready to lend a hand and have some fun!

We truly could not put on an event like this without people willing to step up and help. We are SO grateful for every single person who gives their time to support our farmers and our community. ❤️

🍂 FARM #22 — BELMORE FARM 🌿🐝🍄

If you love learning how things are grown, made and used, put Belmore Farm on your Farm Crawl route!

Established in 1984 in Salem, Belmore Farm is owned and operated by Richard Belmore and is one of the largest herb farms in the Upstate. The farm is also home to a commercial beekeeping operation and mushroom cultivation.

Richard has spent years studying herbal medicine, mycology and microbiology, and Belmore is one of our most educational Farm Crawl stops. If you love asking questions, learning directly from the farmer, and discovering the science behind what is grown and produced on the farm, you’ll want to plan your visit around one of Richard’s scheduled demonstrations and guided tours.

You’ll get to learn how eucalyptus grown on the farm is turned into essential oil, hear from Richard about the work happening at Belmore, and explore the farm with him as your guide.

They’ll also have some really unique things available to take home:
