Throughout the month of June, we’ll be highlighting one participating Farm Crawl farm each day and sharing some of the beautiful photos captured during this year’s event.

🌾 Farm Spotlight: Greenfield Organic Farms

This beautiful 72-acre Certified Organic farm is operated by one of the sweetest families you’ll ever meet, and their passion for growing healthy food shines through in everything they do.

From blueberry groves and orchards to raised-bed gardens, field-grown vegetables, and a 3,200-square-foot high tunnel, Greenfield Organic Farms produces an incredible variety of fresh, nutrient-dense food. They also raise grass-fed, grass-finished certified organic beef and utilize sustainable farming practices, including an innovative vermicomposting system that helps build healthy soil from the ground up.

The Marshall family is deeply committed to stewardship, education, and producing food with integrity. Whether you’re picking up fresh produce, stocking your freezer with quality beef, or simply enjoying a visit to the farm, you’ll quickly see why so many people appreciate what they are building for future generations.

Tea 🫖 from Moonflower Farm, LLC. Take some home, heat up some water, and brew some delicious tea...now only if I knew where you could get some honey 🍯 for your tea 🤔

Blueberries 🫐 from Pine Hollow Farms ! Delicious, plump, and sweet. These are great in cereal or if you're feeling adventurous, make some blueberry syrup, toss them in a sourdough, or just eat them straight out of the carton. You can't go wrong here!

We will have all of our usual line up available too! Honey, soaps, body butters, etc etc

🍝 Farm Spotlight: Mack Family Legacy Farm

Mack Family Legacy Farm is a special place where good food, family, and farm life come together. Visitors can stay in one of their cozy vacation rentals, take a cooking class, enjoy a picnic on the farm, and shop for local goods in their charming farm shop. And Michele’s homemade scones? They just might change your life!

They also host Music on the Farm events throughout the year, creating a fun and welcoming space for friends, families, and neighbors to gather, relax, and enjoy live music in a beautiful farm setting.

Throughout the month of June, we’ll be highlighting one participating Farm Crawl farm each day and sharing some of the beautiful photos captured during this year’s event.

🐐 Farm Spotlight: The Itty Bitty Farm

The Itty Bitty Farm serves as a refuge for abused, abandoned, and neglected farm animals, providing them with care and safety. In addition to its rescue work, the farm also breeds goats, with the proceeds helping to fund and sustain the rescue efforts.

The Itty Bitty Farm Stand serves delicious homemade breads and baked goods. All proceeds benefit the rescue.

🚜 It’s Shop Local Farms Friday! 🚜

Today we’re celebrating some of our favorite local treasures scattered across Oconee County... The roadside farm stands!

The small sheds, tables, coolers, and honor-system stands tucked along country roads, filled with fresh produce, farm eggs, flowers, honey, jams, baked goods, and other homegrown goodness.

This weekend, skip the supermarket for a few items and take the scenic route instead. You might discover a new favorite farm stand, enjoy a beautiful drive through the countryside, and support a local farm family at the same time. ❤️
