Simple and delicious.
Mashed Avocado, Chilli & Lime on slightly toasted sourdough with juicy juicy cherry tomatoes. ๐ค โฃ
โฃ
To make:โฃ
Mash 1/2 a medium soft ripe avocado with juice of 1/2 a lime until creamy, season with salt & sprinkle with dried chilli flakes. Spread it all over your toast! ๐โฃ
Leave out the chili flakes and sprinkle with chia seeds and h**p hearts for a kid friendly version called โcupcake toastโ!
