Cream cheese is an underrated dap, so I'm glad it got some love. I think marinara was up against it by being on a plain prunz... Get a parmesan cheese prunz or something and BAM.

Sweet glaze wins by a mile!

I also picked the glaze because it had a bit more flavor. It did what it was supposed to, whereas the caramel played it a little too subtle! The glaze would be good to horde if you need to dunk cookies as well 🙃

Condiments included: I reviewed this one on its own with no dap!
Saltiness: scale of 1-3 (not enough, perfect, too salty): 3 - this has salt and the Sour Cream and Onion prunz - and that dusting is a perfect 2!
Textures: Soff-o softy boi - a nice bready AA prunz
Sauces: I did not dap this because it's flavored on its own and because of the upcoming Dap off. This prunz does, indeed, stand well without dap! I actually think the cream cheese would be a nice one here, otherwise I'd bring my own ranch dap

This is a classic turned upside down! The AA flavor you love, with a modern twist. I won't go on and on and on and on and on about the prunz overall since we've all had 'em - but overall a goodie. I would say it would be better without the salt since the SC&O seasoning seems to be salty too - but I'm not mad at all! Shoot this into the cream cheese dap probably and you're on your way to hot topic!

Condiments included: head hunter wasabi mustard
Saltiness: scale of 1-3 (not enough, perfect, too salty): 2️⃣
Textures: D. E. N. S. E. And tasty. They stand up on their own. I love that it's not just another breadstick!
Sauces: the sauce is sassy and has a decent kick, but since it's wasabi, it doesn't linger. Definitely quality!

This is a great prunz! I think it'd be better with a smoky white cheese sauce, maybe with a pinch of red pepper flake. Stands up on its own and has a nice bready flava. Overall, you will not be mad! Pick them up and enjoy another great patio!

Shape: jumbo and tradish (don't let the small holes fool ya)
Condiments included: Warm Old Brooklyn Pub Cheese and Bohemian Blend mustard
Saltiness: scale of 1-3 (not enough, perfect, too salty): 1 - this is panini pressed so no salt. It definitely wouldn't suffer from having a little sprink
Textures: Bready but with a nice crusty outside
Sauces: let's face it - these are the stars. The amazing cheese is definitely house made and you really need some elbow grease to get a perfect scoop, and boy oh boy is it worth it! Perfectly flavored and creamy, you might even get a cheese pull! The mustard has a nice kick and fantastic crunch!
Size: 3/4 lb apparently!

This is a rockstar. Seriously. Texture, taste, presentation ✅✅✅ This is definitely a top tier prunz. If you bring it home, you can toss a li'l salty on it 🧂🧂 but it's not required. Seek. This. Out. I got mine at the Van Aken District and enjoyed it with a 🍺 on a picnic table while the weather stays great 🤤🤤 It's unique and you'll be hard pressed to find better daps!

Definitely tasty, but I expected a true Philadelphia style prunzel, even though these are v tasty. Keep an eye out for this truck and get this prunz! I think this has reminded me to keep some whiz on hand 🤤🤤

Condiments included: salt's in the bag, otherwise choose your own adventure! They have some great sweet and savory suggestions on the bag, but I went with yellow and honey mustard
Saltiness: scale of 1-3 (not enough, perfect, too salty): you salt it yourself, so if it's not a 2 you should send it back to the cook 🤣
Textures: you bake it yourself (or thaw and eat according to the bag) - got a little outside crisp at 4 minutes but it's very much a soft pretzel!
Sauces: do what you will! With four per bag you can have your standard and try something new. Maybe try a garlicky hummus!
Size: 4 per bag

So a few things about this prunz - A. I loved it 2. I am pretty sure this is what replaced the ones in the baked goods section IV] TJ's always tries to make their products SUPERIOR to the "name brands" and boy do they. You'd think this requires saucin' but it doesn't. Flavor stands up on its own and you have so so so many options for sauces RIGHT AT TRADER JOE'S! They may have labneh (if you haven't had this in general, please do try it!) but I'm not positive that's in "season"! Get adventurous and also tag me in your creations! Best one might get a Ronger glass in the mail 🤎🤎🤎

One of the perks of Cleveland is the array of neighborhoods and cultures you'll come across. I stopped in to pick up some odds and ends and these popped up! Definitely a unique flavor... You almost get mint chocolate despite no mention of mint. The pretzels seem to be unsalted underneath and are a little bready - the box has a story about your favorite biscuit so this may be from the cookie-ish aspect of the prunz. As far as off the regular Rongering goes, I'd say it's not a bad gamble!
