🚚 We'll see y'all at Buchanan Resort this Saturday! 🚚
Unfortunately, the last time we were scheduled to be there, storms were in the forecast and the truck decided it wanted to act up at the same time. Rather than risk breaking down halfway through service (or blowing the truck up 🤣), we made the difficult decision to cancel.
This Saturday, though, we're coming rain or shine! ☀️🌧️
We rarely cancel events, and we're definitely not doing it twice in a row.
We'll be loaded up with our lineup of inventive cheesesteaks and burgers, but we're also thinking about bringing something brand new...
🥪 A possible debut of our fresh sandwich lineup! 🥪
Served on fresh ciabatta rolls:
🍅 Caprese Sandwich
Fresh tomato, mozzarella, spinach, and garlic pesto.
🔥 4-Pepper Turkey Caprese
4-pepper turkey breast, tomato, mozzarella, spinach, garlic pesto, and balsamic glaze.
🥑 Turkey Avocado Crunch
4-pepper turkey breast, avocado, tomato, pesto, and crispy bacon.
We're considering adding these to the menu this weekend to give everyone a few lighter options alongside our cheesesteaks and burgers.
What do y'all think? Would you like to see these sandwiches make their debut at Buchanan Resort this Saturday, or should we stick with the standard menu for now?

Big thank you to all of the people who ate with us at the groove and sunshine fest at ricochet bar last night! It was a great night! Hope everyone loved their food!

Kail auctions went very well today! We even left with a few goodies ourselves 🤣
Next you can catch us Saturday June 6th at the ricochet bar for the groove and sunshine music festival!
There will be tons of great local bands and its cheap cheap cheap for what you're getting in return! I hope to see a lot of familiar faces!

SB&D wore us out today on night shift!
Completely sold out day!
Sorry to anyone who may have not been able to eat with us, but we were very very close to having the perfect amount for the day, maybe 2 or 3 folks shy.
I hope it was as good as always, we had our favorite helper running the grill today and i think he did a great job Jonathan Shaw. Couldn't have done it without his help and mrs Ashley Lewis managing and keeping our ducks in a row.
We worked a very long time today 9-8:30 service plus an hour before and after for set up and tear down. Needless to say we were worked to the bone and exhausted from the heat 🥵
And I wouldn't have it any other way!
Better air conditioner wouldn't hurt though 🤣

Sorry we have seemed MIA for a while! This month we have been sticking to our booked days only. We could possibly start our public days back up some in june!
As for this week, we can't wait to see yall at Stanley black and decker in martin tomorrow!
Then greenfield music in the park on friday!
Then saturday at the kail auctions in cottage Grove!
Busy weekend for us for sure

Stay tuned, we have been cooking up some entirely new products to add to the trucks menu!

Going along the lines of fresh, light sandwiches that are so much easier to eat on a hot summer day!

A little bit of contrast to our beef heavy menu I feel would round it all out, what are your thoughts??

Great day at jackson general hospital! Sorry for any wait times, we had lost of few things from the bumps in the road and were pretty disorganized and behind! But it was a great crowd, hope everybody enjoyed their food!
Travel season is hurting my everything right about now 😅
