Canning season has begun. I’ve gotten started on our Dill pickles and salsa. I have mild and medium available. I’ll be making more this week and will add a hot salsa as well. Start getting your preorders in today.

What a gorgeous batch of home grown tomatoes. These are going in our mild salsa. I usually sell our produce first. Then can what’s left. However, I cut myself short with our strawberries. (Not a bad thing). I’m making salsa first and then will sell the tomatoes. Don’t worry. We should have plenty of farmer grown, fresh, delicious tomatoes within the next weeks to months.
