I’ve been brewing up some frightfully delicious sourdough treats just in time for Halloween! From spooky sweets to colorful cookies and a little purple potion, there’s something delicious waiting for you! 💜

🎃🖤 INTRODUCING MIDNIGHT PUMPKIN SOURDOUGH GRANOLA! 🧡🍂

A little dark, a little spooky, and a whole lot of drool-worthy deliciousness! 🤤

This brand-new fall creation starts with crunchy clusters of sourdough granola, made with rolled oats, a touch of rich black cocoa, brown sugar, maple syrup, and wholesome flax and chia seeds.

The deep midnight-black clusters are studded with sweet orange pumpkin spice baking chips for little bursts of warm, cozy fall flavor in every bite! 🎃🧡

Don’t let the dark color fool you! This isn’t an overly chocolatey granola. The black cocoa powder adds a subtle chocolate flavor while letting those delicious pumpkin spice morsels shine!

Perfect for sprinkling over vanilla yogurt, enjoying with milk, or snacking straight from the container. Because who says granola can’t taste like dessert?! 😋

Have you seen the new Khorasan Soft Sandwich Sourdough Bread on my menu yet? 💛

This one deserves a little spotlight because Khorasan has been one of my most-loved grains every time I’ve baked with it, and now I’ve turned it into the softest, most beautiful sandwich loaf.

Made with freshly milled whole-grain Khorasan, this ancient wheat naturally gives the bread its gorgeous golden-yellow color and a flavor that is hard to describe until you taste it. It’s mellow, slightly nutty, naturally sweet and almost buttery all on its own.

This loaf is baked in a Pullman pan for a soft, tender crumb and those perfectly even sandwich slices. Think buttery toast, grilled cheese, French toast, your favorite sandwich… or honestly just a warm slice with butter. 🤤

And there’s more to Khorasan than its flavor. This ancient whole grain is a natural source of protein, fiber, selenium, zinc, magnesium and antioxidant-rich compounds including polyphenols and carotenoids. Those carotenoids are also part of what gives freshly milled Khorasan flour that beautiful golden color. Research on Khorasan-based diets has also found promising effects on antioxidant and inflammatory markers, although research is still ongoing.

If you loved my Khorasan artisan loaves in the past, I really think you’re going to LOVE this softer sandwich-bread version. 💛
