Hi, friends! Wow, has this summer been busy! I’ll be back soon, but it’s just too hot to cook! I saw this on the news today. I wanted to make sure y’all saw it, as well. 🫐

Attention all of my frozen, organic blueberry lovers! 🫐 Frozen blueberries sold at Publix were recalled after they were connected to multiple E. coli cases. 🤢 The 10-ounce bags of frozen GreenWise Organic IQF Blueberries with the lot code of 60401 and a best-by date of Feb. 9, 2028 were the blueberries recalled. The frozen blueberries were shipped to Publix stores in Alabama, Kentucky, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. I know a lot of my friends buy these for smoothies. Check your lot numbers! 🫐 Ain’t nobody got time for that! 😷

Organic chicken sheet pan fajitas prepped and hanging out in the fridge. Giving it lots of time to incorporate the seasonings. A little prep upfront makes for a very relaxing evening. Just pop in the oven when you get home! 🍋‍🟩 Making enough for leftovers! 🍋‍🟩 Keeping the onions big enough for the onion haters to pick them out! 😜 Will be great over cilantro-lime rice or in your favorite type of tortilla. Not much of a trend follower here, but I thought I’d try the Salmon~Boursin~Spinach Bake that’s all over Reels. Once it bakes for 20 minutes, I’ll mix it all together with GF bow tie noodles. I think it’s going to be right up our alley! Recipe and tips in comments.
