🌼 What species do you think these beetles are?

🌼 What is the most effective way to control them without harming pollinators?

🌼 I’ve already found several on a single bloom and would appreciate any identification and management tips. They only seem attracted to these larger blooms and not the standard marigolds.

We love our Jacob sheep and are happy to be a part of building their numbers.

Meet the American Jacob Sheep!
This striking heritage breed is easy to recognize by its piebald black-and-white wool and dramatic multi-horned appearance. Some Jacob sheep can grow as many as six horns, though two are most common. Their unique fleece was once prized for handcrafted textiles, and no two sheep have the exact same markings. Listed as Threatened on the Conservation Priority List.

IT BLOOMED!!!!! These are my absolute favorite! I planted three of them in the fall and this one bloomed! My mom’s are gorgeous and bloom religiously every year. They are the deep red/violet but my favorites are the white and the pink ones whose fragrance is, in my opinion, divine!
It’s hard to believe I don’t yet have a sheep named Peony! That will have to be addressed soon! 😉😂

Heard a ruckus on the cameras and found Buster wandering around with a bucket stuck on his head. I believe common sense is clearly still under construction! lol!
