Her fall fleece will be available soon.

🐑🧶 October is Wool Month!

All month long, we’re celebrating one of the most versatile products our sheep give us — wool!

Wool is natural, renewable and biodegradable, but that’s only the beginning. It can help regulate temperature, resist odors, absorb moisture and keep performing for years. From the clothes we wear and blankets on our beds to insulation, landscaping products and plenty of innovative uses in between, wool can do a lot.

And it all starts with a sheep. 🐑

Throughout October, we’ll be sharing more about wool, the people who produce it and all the ways this incredible natural fiber can be put to work.

Spritz Mae’s fleece is a beautiful example of what makes Teeswater wool so special: long, lustrous locks with those lovely spiraling curls.

Originally from England, Teeswaters are a rare heritage breed. Raising them here at Ewes Crazie means caring for sheep we love while helping keep this remarkable breed—and its beautiful wool—in the hands of future generations.

And yes, I’m still stopping to admire this fleece instead of getting back to work. I mean, how can you not? 🤷‍♀️
