Meet the Shelby Breakfast Rotary Club. Transportation Administration of Cleveland County, Inc. (TACC) provides non-emergency medical transportation services to the citizens of Cleveland County. Stephanie Costner is the Executive Director for this amazing nonprofit organization. In addition, she is the club President. When she is not working or helping with our club projects she enjoys time with her family and 3 dogs.

Our guest, Audrey Godfrey, Senior City Planner shared exciting city updates with the club this morning! 🚶‍♀️ The first phase of the Carolina Harmony Rail Trail is now open, offering over half a mile of scenic asphalt path through lush hardwoods, complete with lighting, fencing, and a roadway underpass. Plus, Shelby is upgrading waterlines with 8,748 feet of new pipes to ensure better water quality and flow. Stay tuned for more improvements shaping our city's future! 💧🌳
